Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted when we confirm it. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice, and we may correct obvious errors in price or description before an order ships. Products are supplied as lyophilized powders and are shipped in the condition described on the product page.
Payment is processed by CleenPay's checkout, where a licensed payment provider handles your card inside its own secure, PCI-compliant form. Your card details never touch this website or our servers. Orders are settled to us in digital currency (USDC) by that provider. No personal information about you is placed on a blockchain.
We ship to the address you provide. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Purchases are covered by our 45-Day Total Satisfaction Pledge, described in full on the Refund & Returns page. In summary: pre-authorization (an RMA) is required for all returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unopened items are eligible along with up to one opened item, the policy runs for 45 days after delivery, and any indication that a product was used for an unintended purpose voids the guarantee.
Certificates of analysis and test results published on this site are provided for informational purposes only and describe the specific lot tested. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.
The site's text, images, layout, test-result reports, and branding belong to Amino-P. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or redistribute them without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
