This policy explains what information Amino-P ("we," "us") collects when you use amino-p.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and the contents and amount of your order. That's it. We do not collect payment card numbers: payment is handled by CleenPay's checkout, where a licensed payment provider processes your card inside its own secure, PCI-compliant form. Your card details never touch our website or our servers.
Orders are settled to us in digital currency (USDC) by a licensed payment provider. Blockchain transactions are public and permanent, but they contain no personal information about you — no name, address, or card data ever goes on-chain.
We use your information to fulfill and ship your order, to communicate with you about that order (confirmations, tracking, issues), and to comply with legal obligations. We will not send you marketing email unless you separately ask for it.
We share information only with the service providers required to complete your order: the payment provider (to process payment) and the shipping carrier (to deliver your package), plus authorities where the law genuinely requires it. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart lives in your browser session and is not sent to anyone until you check out.
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any issues, and meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS, payment is isolated to the licensed provider's secure form, and we minimize what we collect in the first place — the strongest protection for data is not having it.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records the law requires us to keep). Residents of California, the EU/UK, and several other places have these rights by statute — but we honor them for everyone, wherever you live. Email support@cleenpay.com and we will respond within 30 days.
This site sells laboratory research materials and is strictly not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently.
